Brittany MacLean / Chief Executive Officer
Brittany has an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Urban Policy, and has worked for over 25 years on issues related to women's rights, social justice, literacy, and the arts. Previously, she served as Legislative Chair for Montana Business and Professional Women, and from 2008-2016 ran for the Montana State Senate and the Montana House of Representatives. She is a 5th generation Montanan, a widow, and proud mother to four grown children.
Shruti Rana Board President
Shruti leads the US Women Connect Board of Directors. (Stay tuned in November of 2024 for newly elected board members and bios.) Shruti is Assistant Dean and professor at the HL School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University, a practicing attorney, and Director of the International Law and Institutions degree program. She is a frequent speaker and author on international and comparative law topics, including international women's rights.

Mary Rose Kaczorowski, North American & European Commission on the Status of Women NGO Caucus
Mary Rose serves on the Climate, Environment and Gender Task Group; a joint group of US Women Connect, Inc. and the Women's Intercultural Network. Mary Rose was elected to serve as one of two women representing the US on the 7 member Core Group team for the North American / European CSW NGO Caucus. Mary Rose is dedicated to bringing information from the Beijing+30 Review Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland (October 21-22, 2024) to US women, and to providing direct support to US organizing efforts. According to UN Women, "When disasters strike, women are less likely to survive and more likely to be injured due to long standing gender inequalities which have created disparities in information, mobility, decision-making, and access to resources and training. In the aftermath, women and girls are less able to access relief and assistance; which further threatens their livelihoods, wellbeing and recovery, and creates a vicious cycle of vulnerability to future disasters."
